1.FUNCTION
CS-AUTO175 is fully automatic ear-loop mask making machine. This machine includes one set of CS-175 and 2 sets CS-WD175 by a unit of automated dispenser. Mask bodies produced on the mother machine can be allocated onto 2 sets of child machine averagely by PLC at the speed of 0-120 pieces per minute. All of operation of the machine is controlled through touch screen, the interface of man and machine.
 
2. FEATURES
The machine is made of aluminum alloy which makes it beautiful, prevented from rust and has a small size;
The machine can make the 1-3 levels mask blank according for the customer's require with a high output;
The size of the mask blank and the folding location can be adjusted;
The direction of the ear loop is outside;
Compared with sub-mask production equipment, this set of equipment more efficient, more economical artificial;
The computer program control and photoelectric detection make it have a high reliability and low failure rate.
This machine including one set of face mask blank machine + 2 sets of outer ear loop welding machines. But we can make one set of mask blank machine + 1/3/4 sets of inner or outer ear loop welding machine.
